The staff here was really friendly, our room was quiet and had comfortable bedding, and the breakfast had a great selection of delicious food.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very pleasant and helpful when possible. Location is excellent for a downtown excursion.

The conceirge staff was clueless about tourist needs. They could usually not help with anything regarding sight seeing or times of local attractions. They did not have any suggestions for bus tours or even the slightest information. The tourism office is located many blocks away and they too are not very well versed in english, so were not particularly helpful.

The room was tidy and had a cozy bed with nice linens for £107.

Unique place and good-sized room. Units with an old style decoration. Lots of delicious breakfast options. Nice experience there.

The location is very central and within walking distance of all the best sites of Valladolid.

This place is perfect for a luxurious stay. The location is great, right on a lovely square with good simple dinner choices. It's in a central area, just a short walk from most tourist places. The staff here are always super nice and helpful. They even fixed a zipper on my suitcase and gave me directions. The amenities are top-notch, with a spa & wellness centre, sauna, and swimming pool. The rooms are well-appointed, with heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The dining options are fantastic, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. They also offer a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of choices.

I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The WiFi connection at the hotel is reported to be lousy, with slow internet and frequent disconnects.

Great location, with helpful staff and available parking. Comfortable beds for our group of 5 adults and 2 children. Friendly staff, some with good English. Good variety in breakfast buffet, including truffle oil for delicious tortilla and eggs. Easy walking distance to nearby cafes and attractions. Tea was readily available for our tea-addicted group at night. a positive experience with well-appointed public areas and a central town location.
